Abstract

This document presents the breakdown of the activities carried out during the management and development of the internship, entitled technical support in the management of information and materialization of precautionary measures for movable and immovable property designated to the society of special assets sas - sae, in which the justification of the importance in the elaboration is presented a geographic information system that evidences the engineering activities as student of cadastral engineering and geodesy, the focus of the work done with the technical support includes the materialization of precautionary measures and validation of inventories , added with different additional activities that compete within the labor field; as they are the accompaniment for evictions in the legal part, characterizations of real estate for different purposes, among which the recognition of field (acquisition of information of people, livestock among others that comprise the properties under the processes of extinction of domain) added to the verification of boundaries, based on the use of new technologies, which allow to optimize legal processes and corroborate information that is held in a first instance of the inheritance of the national address of narcotics currently liquidated .. the acquisition of additional documentation for the same purposes of validation of inventories, such as property taxes, public services, and the study of risk areas under the relevant pot (territorial zoning plans), which is also requested by the national land agency for their work in the sanitation of goods or the allocation of land to vulnerable families or those who are part of the populations displaced by armed conflict, this is how the work of the cadastral and geodesta engineer is distributed not only in the cadastre field but also in its focus on the study of soils and regulations. which are the responsibility of what is administered, thus presenting a first step forward in the creation of a viewer linked to the sig (the company's geographic information system) that allows access to all the information pertinent to domain extinction processes for the administration of goods through the web.
