Abstract

Building a company is a work hard. Several processes must be considered that must be carried out to be able to establish the company and put it into operation in economic, legal, administrative aspects according to the commercial approach to which the company is going to dedicate, in this case, the company develop thinking in topographic area services. GEODATA INGENIERÍA SAS will be a new company focused on providing services in the field of topography, with the commitment to support the development of the country in all possible areas. Colombia currently is emergent economy in a constant evolution. Starting from the generation of Land Use Plan improvement (POT, acronym in Spanish), which implies greater investments, the topography area is present, such as civil works like construction of roads, dams, residences, aqueducts, sewers, among others; cadaster giving delimitations to properties and value; risk analysis, controlling the possible effects that the territory may have either by natural phenomena or by man; agriculture, defining areas of crops and outlining them; Geographic Information Systems where find databases of territory by function, destination, property and society. In view of the above, this project shows the processes on the creation of the company GEODATA INGENIERIA S.A.S, starting from the level of knowledge of, why? What for? And how? For this, it is necessary to review the documentation and the legal and practical feasibility and advantages of such instruments in more detail. All this implies good background and complementation for reaching binding development goals, helping society directly and indirectly in the social parts, economic and cultural.
