Diseño e implementación de una base de datos espacial y desarrollo de una aplicación móvil para consulta y gestión de avalúos comerciales para la Corporación Lonja Nacional de Propiedad Raíz

Abstract

The work of internship degree, was a project that was responsible for the design and implementation of a spatial database along with the development of a mobile application for consultation and management of commercial appraisals for the National Corporation of Root Property. Initially, a diagnosis was made that allowed us to evaluate the status of the information, and interviews were conducted with the company's staff in order to build the structure of the database. Taking into account the above, the respective designs of the conceptual models were made (Model Entity Relationship). Having approved the conceptual model, the relational and physical model was built, this model was built in the PostgreSQL database manager system, to give it the spatial complement the PostGis extension was used to visualize the information in QGIS. As for the design of the mobile APP, it was developed under the Android Studio IDE, which implements a Java programming language for the logical part and xml for the graphic part. After the design phase of both the BDE and the APP, proceeds with the implementation of the database, ie the entry of information of 1300 appraisals, by means of a form in Excel that builds the corresponding code and subsequently the implementation of the BDE in the mobile app, this interrelation was made through the development of a webservice implemented in the XAMPP software. Obtained these products, finally the delivery of both manuals and necessary documentation to the company is generated, in order to be able to leave them functional and operable; the app was conceived as an optimal tool for the management of the valuatory activity and consultation of the information of the BDE.
