Plan de mantenimiento preventivo para retroexcavadoras hidráulicas de la empresa MHC Ingeniería

Abstract

This project focuses on developing a preventive maintenance plan for a fleet of backhoe loaders belonging to the civil works construction company MHC Ingeniería. The company owns different types and models of these machines but does not have such a plan. It is important to keep in mind that this is a very useful tool for keeping the machinery operational, reducing downtime due to unforeseen failures, extending the equipment's useful life, and not negatively impacting the company's productivity. The main objective is to adapt the maintenance plan to the requirements of the company's backhoe loader fleet, identifying the components of each machine according to its model, the potential failures they may present depending on their operating conditions, and assessing the criticality level of each component in order to establish a schedule with the respective maintenance activities to be performed during each cycle.
