Resumen
This document evaluates which of the alternatives and methods used in waste treatment is the most optimal to be implemented in the reuse of WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment), choosing the mechanism that best suits the proposed needs, to then calculate the necessary dimensions to fulfill the set function, among the calculated factors is the resistance to fatigue of the shafts, the power required by the system for the size to which the waste is to be reduced, the power transmission for obtain the necessary speed and strength from a standard motor, among others. Subsequently, the plans are drawn with the proposed geometry to manufacture all the elements that are part of the system, as well as the electrical control circuits to be able to control the operation of the motors; finally, an estimate of the cost of manufacturing this project is made, as well as the cost of operating the machine after its assembly and star-up.
