Abstract

Complex are some moments of our lives, so much so that they take us to unimaginable limits, marking a before and after in our identity, in our thoughts, emotions and actions. These moments create wounds of all kinds and the only way to move forward is to look inward to meet them head on and heal them, as they were caused by others and may be the reason for our stumbling blocks, cycles that We repeat over and over again. However, we discover that there is no choice but to insist, reflect and reconcile with our own history to heal open wounds, come out stronger and empathize with our own reality and that of the other. Thus, we find meaning to our life, we take responsibility for it: we are spectators of our growth and potential, taking sensible care of others.
