Abstract

In this written report the inquiries and reflections derived from the process of creation-interpretation of the work UNOVERATUS are collected. Here some central elements are described so that the unique characteristics that the dancers brought, from their initial training within the field of dance, participate in the creation process. In this report, on the one hand, it is discussed how corporalities are made visible during the creation and staging of the work and the advantages that they bring for the creation and construction of collective works are pointed out; on the other hand, the tools used by the director Yenzer Pinilla García to compose from different corporalities and take advantage of the unique qualities provided by each intérpreter are identified. The analysis is the result of a participatory field inquiry as an intérpreter-participant and is supported by a survey of other intérpreters and an interview with the Director.
