Resumen
This project was developed based on a common problem, as can be seen below, the use of plastic is not really a problem, but the way in which each element made from this material is managed is. Plastic has served as a source of inspiration for the creation of new products, many of them innovative and with great performance. On the other hand, there are products with a high consumption in society, but used for a very short time, the so-called single-use plastics. Today's society, in its rush to promote and dynamize the different commercial activities that exist in the market, has left aside one of the most precious goods we have, such as natural resources. Lately it is common to see reports in the news, newspapers, magazines or websites showing the consequences of not taking the time to think about how to generate trade with little or no impact on the environment; seas, rivers, oceans, plains, forests, animals and even people are being affected by such acts and every day the situation worsens. Although this proposal will not be the solution to all these problems, it contributes to improve them, making visible that there are actions that help to reduce the impacts generated. The work developed a methodology necessary to formalize and consolidate a business plan that allows covering, from the perspective of a venture, questions such as: What is required, Is it within our reach, Is it really profitable, among others. To this end, the main objective was to ''Develop a business plan that allows to establish a detailed strategic method for the launching and operation of the company''. In addition to seeking to generate economic benefits, the objective is to have a positive impact on various areas of knowledge and society. The research and development of products from plastic waste is intended to generate new knowledge and technological developments in the field of recycling and sustainability, while strengthening the scientific sector by promoting research and the use of recycled materials in the manufacture of products. Finally, a schedule of activities was proposed, focused on a work methodology that will seek to incorporate each of the points of a business plan.
