Resumen
Since imaginary is considered that in a rural setting and planting, children have a closer and closer relationship with nature, but on the contrary by participant observation was possible to realize that they did not feel partakers, being only plants and animals who conformed, likewise, preference for excessive consumption of packages, sweets and carbohydrates from them, became notorious within the school. Thus build differences between feed and nourish, and generate a link between food, human beings and nature, they allowed route and build a pedagogical approach in nutrition education recognizing that children managed to account for their actions and contributing to improve or change some practices, example sessions were aimed at the importance of physical activity, health and hygiene practices, building nutritional and fun recipes, among others, activities that materialized in a book which bears name "The world of vegetables" where essential elements of the pedagogical proposal developed in this research, in order to continue the process within the school and their homes are rescued.
