This proposal is made for the company ORINOCO E-SCRAP S.A.S. entity dedicated to the management of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), located in Funza Cundinamarca, which, due to its economic activity, develops its activities in two warehouses distributed as follows: Winery No 1 ● First level 1: made up of the warehouse area where the storage and disassembly activities are carried out, for which there is an approximate useful area of 546 m2. This area has a free height of 8.90 meters and a useful height of 7.20 meters and a bathroom area (men and women) with two toilets and two sinks each. ● Second level: corresponds to the area dedicated to the dining room, the workers' dressing room in the operating area and the stairs that connect with the third floor. This level has a height of 2.90 meters. ● Third level: There are office areas where the company's HSEQ area is located, it has two bathrooms, one for women and one for men, as well as a small kitchen. It also has a height of 2.90 meters. Winery No 2 ● First level 1: made up of the warehouse area where the finished product storage activities that are generated from the disassembly of WEEE's are carried out, for which there is an approximate useful area of 546 m2. This area has a free height of 8.90 meters and a useful height of 7.20 meters and a bathroom area (men and women) with two toilets and two sinks each. ● Second level: corresponds to the administrative area where the commercial area of the company is located and there is an office and a reception room for visitors, in addition to the stairs that connect with the third floor. This level has a height of 2.90 meters. ● Third level: There are office areas where the Administrative, Accounting and operations areas of the company are located, with two bathrooms, one for women and one for men, as well as a small kitchen. It also has a height of 2.90 meters. It should be noted that these two wineries communicate with openings on the third floor and on the first in the area of operations of both wineries. To guarantee the safety of the collaborators in each area destined to the development of their activities, it is necessary to design an emergency and contingency plan, identifying each of the physical, technological and other aspects that may take place, taking as a reference the current regulations, the characteristics of the facilities and other factors that must be considered such as the organization, coordination, functions, competences, responsibilities, available and necessary resources that guarantee the effective attention of emergencies that may arise, as well as the procedures and protocols that are should be developed, now special emphasis is placed on a fire plan given the dangers that the company may face and how, depending on the investigation carried out, it will affect the different environments.
