Resumen
An important task for the development of any project is auditing. This procedure has to do not only with works, but in general with projects where a natural or legal person performs a set of functions to carry out the supervision, coordination, control, follow-up and support of a work contract, whether civil, electrical, or of any other nature, and in this way ensure its correct execution and compliance through activities of the inspection service in a planned, controlled, systematic, timely and documented manner [1]. All this under a project management approach, quality assurance and protection of the environment, of the technical and administrative conditions of a work [2]. It can be stated then that, like many of the civil works dedicated to energy generation, a renewable energy generation project must also be submitted to its respective supervision before, during and after its implementation. This process must be governed by a regulatory framework according to the country or area in which it is required to be implemented. The auditing is in charge of supervising all the phases of a construction project, with the aim of complying with all the contractual specifications and the technical, administrative, budgetary requirements and other tasks that have been agreed with the owner of the work. Therefore, depending on the magnitude of the project, it is essential that, in the public works, there be the personnel in charge of the supervision and fulfill the technical, administrative, financial and legal functions; guaranteeing that the work is carried out in accordance with the plans and their specifications [3]. The company Smart Green Colombia S.A.S has been forced to optimize internal processes since each new project is approached without a basis that allows the inspection process to be more agile. Therefore, the company has determined as a priority the design of a methodological guide for all auditing services associated with hybrid projects in Non-Interconnected Zones. This project is justified by the company's need to provide clients, regardless of whether it is a public or private entity, a service that meets all the required quality standards with deadlines adjusted to the project schedule and the auditing determined; Considering that there are many responsibilities that come with the supervision of an electromechanical work for the implementation of electrical micro-grids with renewable energy sources, the question arises: is it possible to design a general methodology that allows control, execution and supervision of any renewable energy project?
