Análisis vocal de 4 piezas de Peia Luzzi

Abstract

The study of the vocal tract from an anatomical and physiological point of view has become one of the areas of greatest interest among singers and voice professionals. That is why 4 songs by the singer Peia Luzzi are taken as an object of study, with the main purpose of analyzing the vocal tract to understand its anatomy and physiology. Through the research, structures and the functions that each one of them perform within the production of the voice, were recognized, leading to the establishment of categories of analysis, whose results yielded specific vocal characteristics. This work shows that the vocal tract is a complex structure and that the production of the voice requires a whole series of physiological actions that, depending on the way it is used, produces certain sound results. The categories of analysis set out in this text can help to enrich the technical language and understanding of singers and other voice professionals about their own instrument.
