Resumen
The environmental practices are a subject in the process of constant updating, this due to the need to find different solutions to the deterioration of the environment, because of this the problem arises and the need to find alternatives that can contribute to this cause. Consequently, it seeks to contribute in such a way that means, and tools are used that today provide Information Technologies and Communications ICT, as they are processes that are strengthened and updated for different environments, educational, business and other, these technologies help to make learning methods efficient, effective and consistent. That is why this document presents a design of a virtual environment in a current theme and that requires attention and support in strengthening the education sector, the teachers of the Colombian Industrial Technology Corporation TEINCO, are responsible for applying and extending his knowledge acquired through the virtual environment in environmental education for any branch of knowledge. The procedure to carry out in the project will be divided into phases that will demonstrate the work from the theoretical and contextual reviews, the design of the environment and the test for measuring the knowledge acquired for the teachers of the technical and technological institution in question. The results that are expected are related to the strengthening of the knowledge of a sample of teachers that will participate and evaluate the content in the Virtual Learning Environment AVA, in order that this knowledge is transmitted in different academic spaces and that it is replicable in other places that provide education services.
