Industrial refrigeration is an important element for the industry today, especially for some sectors such as food, pharmaceutical and chemical, because the cooling processes help to preserve and preserve in good condition some products for much longer that would last in normal environmental conditions. In some cases, cooling may even be a necessary process for the production or transformation of a product (UNIFRIO, 2016). Exposure of workers at low temperatures during the industrial process, from refrigerated, frozen, stored and transported at very low temperatures (below -4 ° C), changes generate a physiological level in individuals, (Restrepo Bustamante, 2008), the importance of the project with the objective of defining a labor safety protocol for the entry, permanence and exit of workers in industrial refrigeration systems (cold rooms) in Colombia.
