Estandarización y Creación de Productos para la Optimización del Proyecto de la Vicepresidencia de Transporte y Logística de Ecopetrol

Abstract

Among the tasks to be performed in the development of surface rights and property management for the Vice Presidency of Transportation and Logistics Ecopetrol S.A., are to help manage the release of areas to facilitate work and for better performance. According to 1991 Constitution which cites that the general good prevails over particular and the law 1274 January 2009 that allows a process of negotiation between the parties (owner - Ecopetrol) and if no agreement can go to legal authorities ensuring that the owner, possessor or occupier is entitled to fair compensation by, for due process that is needed both in the legal and geographical part to verify that the areas are adequate. To develop these process knowledge they are needed in GIS, which constitute an important tool in making decisions, proposing solutions and shaping the geographical model to have more accurate information of a project and enabling more objective analysis as to the acquisition of property rights. Knowing the above should take into account the importance of land as property and people involved, so standardization, creation and optimization of GIS products involved in this process is relevant when a fast and more accurate development real estate management.
