Diseño e implementación de un sistema de evaluación automatizado para la certificación nacional e internacional de avaluadores

Abstract

The degree work in the modality of internship named "Design and implementation of an automated evaluation system for the national and international certification of appraisers" consisted of designing, structuring and implementing a new evaluation methodology for the certification of candidates through a learning management system oriented to academic use known as Moodle. The project was carried out in 3 phases: In the first stage, the connection of the platform with a web server was established to be able to access to it from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. In the second phase, the physical part was structured with the corresponding colors and representative logos of the organization and, additionally, the courses, categories and exams were created with the technical specifications of the ISO 17024 standard, which governs the guidelines for the certification of people. In the third phase, the pilot tests were implemented with the examinations of the categories in urban and rural appraisals. After the execution of the pilot tests and taking into account the considerations and requirements on the part of the executive direction and technical sub-direction of the organization, the platform was edited, supplemented and corrected to be definitively delivered. However, it was agreed to provide a 3-month technical service on any problem that may arise both on the platform and on the web server.
