Resumen
The PRAE project is defined in the National Policy of Environmental Education in Colombia, and is fundamental in the teaching-learning processes in formal education. However, an important theme in environmental education is the Forest, as it is a natural support system as an ecosystem service. The research presents a way to include the environmental dimension in the schools through the design of the guidelines for the management of the use of the Forest applied to a school in Bogotá D.C. The Research is hybrid, the action-participation works, with an analytical approach that is carried out through the categorization of variables using Atlas Ti software. As ecological tours are services provided by third parties, it is very important to analyze the contents of the guides of this nature tourism that allows to be contrasted with the needs in context in the teaching of basic sciences. The main result of the guidelines for the management of the use of the Forest within the PRAE, rescues: 1) The importance of knowledge of the native and invasive species of the Eastern Hills (Study context), 2) The need for a joint work between teacher and environmental guides to make more effective in the teaching-learning process, 3) implicit learning when the student approaches participatory processes that, through reflective and creative action, construct alternatives for the transformation of environmental education.
