Quality management has become a key element of modern organizations that seek to offer service and products according to the needs of their customers, for the health sector this constant search for quality has become a prevailing need, because The services and products they provide can even depend on the lives of their customers. The objective of this internship report is to present the process of updating the quality manual of CEDIT LTDA to version 9001: 2015, through the implementation and improvement of the processes and numerals that are developed in this standard, through the implementation of the practices and construction of the documents that the standard and the organization require to maintain high quality standards for all its stakeholders.
