Desarrollo del sistema de gestión documental para Bienestar Institucional de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas

Abstract

The Instructional Welfare Center is the entity within Francisco José de Caldas District University that aims to improve and develop the overall quality of life for all members of the university community. It is responsible for providing various services that promote the creation of a healthy institutional environment, as stated in its vision: "to be recognized for the efficiency, quality, and warmth of the programs and services provided to the university community, with the purpose of promoting its integral development and the permanent improvement of the quality of life (personal and collective), through the promotion of spaces for reflection and recreation, to establish a healthy institutional environment" (Mission and Vision | Institutional Welfare Center, n.d.).Therefore, in order to support the fulfillment and improvement of the quality of service provided by the Institutional Welfare Office, the purpose of this project is to develop a document management module that supports various processes such as the generation of student clearances, documents, reports, etc. This is aimed at enabling the Institutional Welfare Office to respond promptly to the various types of requests made by the university community, thereby contributing to the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the service provided.
