Diseño del plan de emergencias de la empresa Collision SCS, 2018

Abstract

The present degree work, design of the emergency plan for Collison scs company, 2018, automotive industry, is generated with the purpose of establish the different action protocols in an emergency case, guaranteeing the prevention, preparation and response of all the staff in the company and outside of it. The development was made with reference to the guide to elaborate emergencies and contingencies plan proposed by IDIGER (Instituto Distrital de Gestión de Riesgos y Cambio Climático) the methodological structure was established in four stages, in the first was made an initial diagnosis of the organization state and the gathering of general information of the staff, their process and existing policies in the SG-SST (Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo); in the second stage was established the analysis methodology of risks by colors where are identified the company threats, a vulnerability analysis was made and the threats prioritization; then, in the stage three, was structured the emergencies and contingencies plan. Finally, in the stage four, the action protocols were proposed according to the prioritized threats. The design of the emergency brigade conformation was made and additional recommendations were given to the company according with the diagnosis.
