Abstract

The integral management of solid wastes, and especially, those from the disposal of Electronic and Electrical Equipment (WEEE) have to be contemplated in all the public or private entities; Therefore, when giving them a suitable handle, it will allow to the environment and society to reduce contaminants and pollution that prejudice the quality of life. Consequently, it’s important that the companies guarantee a disposal of these wastes from a strategic planning, in this sense, a manual of handle of WEEE inside the organizations would be the perfect opportunity to obtain comparative advantages in front of the competition, such as better assessment of the space and time, optimization of service, creation of an organizational culture focused to the sustainability and, finally, reduction of costs and budgeted capital.
