Construcción de cultura democracia y en derechos humanos en el Instituto Técnico Distrital Laureano Gómez de la Localidad 10 de Bogota frente al uso y abuso de sustancias psicoactivas

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to promote the construction of a pedagogical intervention program, aimed at promoting a democratic culture and the Human Rights against the use and consumption of psychoactive substances (SPA) in the District Educational Institution, Laureano Gómez Industrial and Technical Institute, in the area of Engativá, to promote the construction of an inclusive and democratic pedagogical training program in Human Rights, in order to generate tools that contribute to the development of capacities in the educational community that support the construction of a life project with themselves and with others. Our pedagogical proposal is based on two theories: Popular Education and Education in and for Human Rights, by the authors Mejía and Awad (2004) who consider popular education to be the tool to help empower the popular classes or sectors that have been excluded by the various structures of inequality.
