Resumen
This research deals with the creation that shapes the processes of the subjectivity of the artist who reinvents himself with the evolution of conditioned existence and de-constructs the art of his society to create a new expression through and through the game, which is offered to observe in this work. An idea can be created in any discipline and perhaps this is a reflection of the philosophy that creates concepts, which manufactures from its need to exist its essence, and why not, for human existence itself. Philosophy interprets human relationships thanks to the different topics of interest, categories and concepts. Among those themes is music that, through its sound textures, or lines of articulation, specifies many possibilities that music inhabits, denote a disposition of elements that imply a conception or idea that generates implicit burdens from human thought and life. The composition "Valentina" by the musician Bogotano Juan Sebastián Monsalve, from the album "Bunde Nebuloso", is a work that keeps alive the tradition of jazz using Colombian traditional music as its main theme. This work has a background in leading jazz figures. Charles Mingus is an example of a musical researcher in Colombia and his record work "Cumbia and Jazz Fusion" (1977). This work is considered important because it is a first systematization of the traditional practice of Colombian music fused with the language of jazz.
