Resumen
The purpose of this monographic document is to present an entire pedagogical and investigative process developed in the IED Florentino González in preschool and first grade A, where the pedagogical process of "Mini spies in action" is highlighted, the role of the coexistence as a setting to work through the development of social skills. All this, mediated from two transversal axes: role play, as a cooperative learning space and, on the other hand, from the conflict approached as that inherent aspect within social relationships and in turn an enhancer of them. This investigative process reflects the scope of the proposal from the installed capacities obtained from the game and the possibilities of conflict resolution through participation, adoption of cooperative attitudes, listening and healthy coexistence. On the other hand, it is imperative to mention the favorable impact on professional and personal training as a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education by broadening the perspectives of education from alternative practices and scenarios to the conventional ones.
