Resumen
This research entitled "Educational reform, training of subject and world public urban- Bogotá 1930-1946" arose from a historical and social perspective on the constitution of the educational system in Bogota from aspects such as: the notions of subject and speeches, they change and are modeled based on the specific needs of the dominant hegemony, and transited between docility, productivity and modernization; standardization of curricula created from the place occupied by the student within the social ladder and training that contributed to the social division of labor according to economic stratum. This dissertation used a structuralist methodology through documents such as educational policies that were enacted in the transition period between the conservative hegemony and the liberal project, where the ideal conditions for the growth of the capitalist model were established, the modernization of labor, and state control of education in Bogota.
In this process domain of education during the nineteenth century was in the hands of the Catholic Church, he began the transition to nationalization as reproductive strategy of the liberal model, through the creation of the Ministry of National Education. Thus, the state assumed a new social role as a regulator of social relations. However, the change process required to enact policies that probably could not be carried out, for example, said that education was compulsory but students thronged futilely asking for a quota outside a school. Or in other cases, is promulgated by health in schools only had a sink and a toilet for fifty students. In conclusion, although a change was needed in education to meet the misery in which the country was; This process was slow and exclusionary because I intensified social class division and created trade schools for southerners or universities for the children of officials which clearly direccionaban by economic and cultural resources of the inhabitants.
