Evaluación de los comportamientos ambientales en la prestación del servicio de bicitaxis para la ruta Balmoral - Galicia en la localidad de Ciudad Bolivar

Abstract

Sustainable transport is a set of variables that aims to benefit society by providing means of multimodal transport that are able to meet the needs of mobility of each individual, in this sense operates on the interaction of various economic, social , environmental and cultural it is for this reason that the study object of this paper grade is the evaluation of environmental behavior in the service of pedicabs on the Balmoral route - Galicia , in order to understand the importance of implementing alternative means of transport , friendly actions that promote the environment , as the industrialized hectic life style has contributed to the decline in quality of life and conservation of ecosystems , thus causing the loss of natural resources. Based on the above approach case study it was implemented and as a kind of descriptive case - Evaluative with a single research unit comprised three phases or tours covering the aforementioned sector as a source of primary information were carried out consultations with authors of the process, direct observation and photographic records , on the other hand to achieve a conceptual approach was used secondary information sources such as authors, cases in other countries, consultations among others. In this ideas order, this transport is well received by most of the people who participated in the development of consultations on the perception of the service and providers of rickshaw, considering appropriate when providing proximity to mass transit system , despite being useful users consider should be regulated not because they have a backup in case accidents , thus placing a high degree of vulnerability and risk both drivers and users , promoting a negative image about this service,
