Resumen
This internship was developed in the prison service unit, USPEC, at the infrastructure direction with the main objective of support the activities sanitary-environment of the reclusion establishments and administrative part of the entity, into those activities we can find the environmental management institutional plan- PIGA, the elaboration of consolidate matrix of potable water supply-ERON (Reclusion Establishments in the National Order) -USPEC-INPEC, the investment matrix, programs and projects of the environmental group and three complementary activities. For the PIGA, it was necessary recollect information about the entity and know the actual state of the environmental management done by the entity. Later some programs were proposed which were developed at the USPEC, fulfilling with the environmental normative and doing sustainable process into the entity. In the PIGA Program were stablished six programs, which are: water efficient use, energy efficient use, integrity waste management, sustainable consume, the use of sustainable practices and the noise reduction. For development of the consolidate matrix of water supply-ERON-USPEC-INPEC, it was necessary to collect the information about the supply system of potable water of the 135 reclusion establishments in the national order –ERON, in order to determine the current status of these and develop a tool for decision making. The investment matrix, programs and projects from the environmental group, allow to show off the progress of the projects in charge of the infrastructure department, this one was send monthly at the presidency of the Republic like verification tool in the correct use of public resources. For the correctly diligence of the matrix, a comparison was made between the information supplied by the contractor and the one which is into the USPEC, in order to make just one paper. The matrix took in consideration 57 projects in charge of the entity, distributed in interjectory projects of potable water treatment systems and waste water treatment systems, discharge permit projects and geoelectric studies. In the first complementary activity, we visited the prison establishment from high and medium security and prison of high security –EPAMSCAS Combita, where a diagnostic was made about, the state of the treatment units from the three PTAP and two PTAR that were functional. Obtaining a report with the inventory of the different components the treatment plants and the conditions in which they find themselves. Good conditions could be identified from the most of the PTAP, however, the PTAR had inadequate conditions. With the second complementary activity, the temporally storage solid waste room, was designed to collect waste that come from the prison establishment from high and medium security and prison of high security -EPAMSCAS Popayán, where was necessary adopt some theorist weight forms some solid waste. In the case of the usable wastes, an area of 16 m2 had been stablished, and from the dangerous solid wastes used an area of 8 m2. Finally, for the budget matrix for water characterization, we incorporated information about the accomplishment of the Resolution (631 of 2015) for waste water and the Resolution (2125 of 2007) for potable water, this with the main idea of determinate the cost of water characterization that had been madden.
