In the work done below, a compilation and consolidation of the information was carried out, as well as the development and analysis of the business plan that allows the expansion of the company PORKUS S.A.S. Porcicola company in charge of raising, raising, fattening and marketing of live pigs. At the time of compiling the information, the current analysis of the Porcicola sector, the agents that are part of the process, the production process and the current limitations of the market were taken into account. Based on the information collected, a business plan was developed that allows the company PORKUS S.A.S to expand its production center located in the municipality of Santa Helena del Opón in the department of Santander (Colombia). The business plan of the project performed a Benchmarking of the Porcicola sector, the selection of the target market, the market penetration strategies and a SWOT analysis of the company at present, as well as the money required for plant, equipment and personnel . In order to obtain the cash flow of the company, the logistics and production costs associated with the project are taken into account, in addition to the financing study that the project requires for its start-up. Finally, to evaluate the economic viability of the project, a sensitivity analysis was carried out that evaluated different possible scenarios, as well as the calculation of the IRR and the NPV of the project.
