Apoyo en el control y seguimiento de PQRS ambientales sobre el Humedal Tierra Blanca en la Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca

Abstract

This work seeks to address the internship modality carried out at the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca (CAR) in the regional direction of Soacha, whose objective is focused on supporting a series of activities around the Tierra Blanca wetland, considering its ecological importance and its current state of deterioration, which can contribute to generating information and knowledge about this ecosystem to contribute to its conservation. In this way, the study is developed using the environmental complaints filed with the CAR, recognizing its value as a fundamental tool for the community to report the effects that deteriorate the wetland. This will allow us to analyze and identify the main environmental problems, such as irregular settlements, illegal interventions, dumping, disposal of conventional solid waste, construction and demolition waste that negatively impact the Tierra Blanca wetland ecosystem. Additionally, this study aims to provide a comprehensive view, from the environmental control exercised by the CAR and the participation of the community, highlighting that the conservation and recovery of the wetland is a process that concerns us all.
