La Territorialidad Integral como Eje Articulador para el Desarrollo Local Sostenible: Caso Plan de Manejo Ambiental del Humedal La Conejera (Bogotá D.C. - Colombia)

Abstract

This research addressed the relationship of Environment and Local Development in the environment of the District Ecological Park Wetland La Conejera, allowed identify the disjointed processes evident in the Environmental Management Plan (EMP), reflected through the loss of Biodiversity , ecosystem fragmentation and lack of ownership by the community. Thus, the Integral territoriality provided the possibility of generating tools that seek to overcome those difficulties present in the interactions that human beings establish with this ecosystem. For this reason, the methodology of this research process approached the recognition of the structure of EMP, such as identification of the interdependence between the different items of the document. In addition to the objectives, strategies, programs and projects with the main problems present in the territory and the different dimensions of development, and related to approach the proposition recommendations from the Ecological and Environmental, Political-Ideological and Technical and dimensions generating economic rapprochement between the components proper Wetland.
