This project focuses on analysis of an audit process that creates value in implementation processes Management System Safety and Health at Work (OSH-MS); The proposed model takes into account changes in legislation and how it impacts this change management within the organization to carry out its implementation; for that reason as type model in the ILO referring organization takes the decree 1072 of 26 May 2015, the guide RUC and OHSAS18001: 2007 standard.
All developments are found in research databases, libraries and Internet search engines; like the concept of expert auditors Certification in Management Systems and experience of over 10 years by the author of which is sampled 69 companies from different sectors to internal auditing processes, yield results that warn us need to improve the focus and quality of results against internal audit.
Here a model of management audits called "audits value" to assess their effectiveness by conducting internal audits based on the ISO19011 standard and its application in each of the stages (Definition of the audit program (5.2 proposes, 5.3) Implementation of the audit program (5.4, 5.5) Monitoring and review of the audit program (5.6).
Audited, Business and Auditor, for which the simulation tool "Promodel" where the interaction thereof is introduced with statistical data from the 69 companies audited is used: an audit process where three variables such as identified is designed Management systems.
In conducting the model runs in the audit process, the results are measured in ideal conditions with actual data for information identifying the true state of documentation and implementation of a OSHMS in a company based on the business group ILO. This paper shows the results of hard work in pursuit of the overall objective and the conclusions that can be obtained.
