Juan Amarillo wetland covers an area of approximately 220 hectares and making the largest wetland in Bogota, this hosts a wealth of fauna and flora favoring biodiversity in the ecosystem; one of the main problems presented by this wetland sewage are received by the Lisbon neighborhood in the town of Suba. The Lisbon neighborhood must pump some of their sewage into the wetland, although they have the treatment plant El Salitre, since it is below the water level, also has mistaken in their sewer connections, this causes deterioration in the ecosystem and affects several species found in it, generating visual and landscape impact by increasing the wear and poor appearance of the wetland as well as causing respiratory diseases among the inhabitants of the neighborhood. Because pollution problems generated in the wetland and impact presented by the district seeks to propose the reorganization plan and management of discharges of Lisbon neighborhood in order to formulate a proposal for sanitation and treatment of wastewater generated by the neighborhood which includes collection, transportation, treatment and disposal discharged into the sewer system "Article 1 of resolution 1433 of 2004" The current situation and the actors involved in the problem that evidence, describing the study area and the population at risk is analyzed. Quality parameters determined by the established regulations are identified and compared with pointing part of the wetland is affected, the recovery plan and handling spills should be formulated taking into account the provisions of the land use plan identifying the points wastewater discharges to reach the sustainable management of natural resources provided by this ecosystem, finding a treatment system that is viable and sustainable to improve the quality of dumping, the situation of the population and the wetland.
