The company VOGUE SAS - L'OREAL PLANT COLOMBIA is dedicated to the manufacturing process, creation, marketing, packaging and distribution of a wide range of cosmetics such as: lipsticks, compact powders, eyelashes, eyeliners, enamels, makeups, creams, shadows of eyes, among others, together with some of the cases and / or containers in which the cosmetics are presented. Thanks to the range of products managed by the company, the maintenance area is subdivided into two main branches (cosmetic maintenance and plastic maintenance) which are part of the vestiges of two different social reasons that made up the general production plant. VOGUE S.A.S. Due to the above-described and the need to generate the unification of the company when entering to form part of the compendium L'OREAL, it was thought to carry out and later to execute the update, modification and unification of the maintenance plan of this company. To do this, a collection of information was made of the maintenance areas, documents such as the maintenance plans of each of the branches of the area, the way in which the tasks contemplated in the preventive maintenance formats of each machine, the frequency and monitoring in which they are carried out, operation of the machines and general registry of existing machines in the plant taking into account the new machinery that entered the company until the moment of the end of the learning contract with which was made the income to said company. In order for the work to be carried out in the best possible way, there was an adaptation time to get to know the company, the areas of which it is constituted, the production plants, their location, operation and development of the tasks of the maintenance area, etc. This work seeks to generate necessary documents to enrich the physical supports of the area using a single format for the completion of preventive maintenance, modify the way of carrying out preventive maintenance of the plant, changing the planning previously carried out by programming each machine to perform all the activities that are contemplated in their format with a semi-annual, annual, monthly frequency, etc., to a planning that focuses on the preventive tasks for machines with different frequencies, taking into account the continuity in their operation, the exposure to particles or different pollutants that may produce malfunctions or clogging systems and the constancy with which corrective actions are made for repetitive failures.
