Resumen
The Territorial Occupation Model, hereinafter MOT (acronym in spanish), allows to spatialize the objectives of greater scope and the projected scenario, to guide the policies of use and land occupation, based on this the MOT proposed in the Territorial Ordering Plan was analyzed, POT (Acronym in Spanish), from the year 2000 in the municipality of Soacha, specifically in Compartir and Ciudad Verde and its contribution to sustainable development. For this, based on the characterization of the proposed MOT, which seeks to cover the different aspects of sustainable development, the programs executed in the study area were identified, between 2012 and 2019, highlighting housing and road infrastructure programs. Subsequently, a spatial analysis was performed to identify the change in coverage, obtaining a total of urbanized areas in the study area of 46,02% in Compartir and 70,12% in Ciudad Verde for 2018. Finally, indicators were established to identify the degree of sustainable development in the programmes implemented, evaluating the environmental, social and economic aspects, the latter being the ones that had greater relevance.
