Actualización de la documentación y procesos de la maestría en ingeniería industrial para el desarrollo del registro calificado

Abstract

This report presents the process of creating the master document for the renewal request of the Qualified Register of the Master in Industrial Engineering, complying with the regulations designated by the Ministry of National Education and the ‘Francisco José de Caldas’ District University. The document presents in its structure in the first instance the statement of the problem of the preliminary project, the objectives proposed to be achieved in its development and the justification of the need to be covered through the internship. Next, under a scientific framework, the theoretical framework on which the work is be based, the scope of the internship and its limitations, the proposed methodology and the necessary resource for its satisfactory development is exposed. Finally, in the development, the analysis that was carried out to the Master in Industrial Engineering is exposed from its main components, the internal and external factors that influence it in order to identify the necessary points to strengthen and update with respect to the qualified registry above, allowing to identify opportunities for improvement. In addition, several analyzes are developed about the work and academic environment, the graduates, also the analysis of the investigative capacity of the master's program, its research groups, teachers; further, the impact that the program have at the National level and that justify several of the proposed changes and the continuity of the academic program for seven more years.
