Resumen
Currently, environmental problems and conflicts have increased as a result of the lack of environmental awareness of a large part of the population. In an environmental conflict, different actors interact, which allow the development and alterations in its environment, taking into account the specific needs of each one, because each one corresponds to the dynamics of the development territory. In Colombia, environmental conflicts are recognized by the political constitution of 1991; taking into account three points of view: as the first principle is the legal system, secondly it is considered an obligation for the State, because this right must be guaranteed and respected, finally, it is stipulated as a right-duty for the citizens. The previous ideas determine that mitigation strategies for environmental conflicts require a union in the different social spheres, which allows dynamics that generate a better quality of life for citizens. In Bogotá, a city in constant expansion, very close to its neighboring municipalities, responsible for maintaining social and spatial segregation, extractive practices, among other factors that drive environmental conflicts such as: The destruction of ecosystems (forests, wetlands, hills) that found in the city, depletion and contamination of water sources, inadequate disposal of solid waste that leads to environmental problems such as the appearance of pests or contamination by leachate; which are one of the main causes of environmental conflicts in the city, they demand environmental and social protection for the recovery of the affected environmental scenarios. The present research work focuses on the identification and analysis of environmental conflicts present in the towns of La Candelaria and Santa Fe. The determination of the environmental and social conditions of the conflicts is sought, because each one has different parameters and specificities. , which are part of the chapter on identification and characterization of environmental conflicts; are characterized by different social and cultural conditions of respective areas. Also, in the chapter of analysis and proposal for the management of environmental conflicts which are directly related to the quality of life of the population. Finally, there is the conclusion where reflections are stipulated for the mitigation of environmental conflicts after carrying out their respective analysis.
