Resumen
The Ministry of Education provides a series of educational models that use school and semi-school strategies, regular and non-conventional learning processes, flexible methods, module designs for didactic purposes and educational resources through teacher and community training. The commitment can strengthen the entry and retention of the population in the system, in order to examine these flexible educational models and gradually establish the connection between academic management and the improvement of educational quality, in the implementation of these models. The object of this research is the analysis of academic management, specifically the components of curriculum design and its articulation in the implementation of flexible educational models, taking into account the characterization of curriculum design from the academic management and the articulation in the implementation of the flexible educational model for out-of-school youth, adults and groups in condition of vulnerability.
The problem that can be identified is that, when developing a flexible educational model, it is necessary to make evident some aspects raised by the Ministry of Education that must be fulfilled before, during and after the implementation; which leads to analyze if the components of the curricular design comply with the categories immersed in the criteria document proposed by the MEN.
