Modelo de negocio para una ECA (Estación de Clasificación y Aprovechamiento) en el municipio de Gacheta Cundinamarca

Abstract

This document presents the guidelines of a BUSINESS MODEL, that is, a design model that facilitates the guidelines of a project for the construction and execution of a classification and utilization station (ECA), includes weighing, provision of equipment, machinery for the classification and use of recyclable solid waste and other additional requirements that are needed for the development of a correct operation of the business and at the same time optimize the quantity and quality in the reception of the material looking for a correct separation in the source and that a smaller amount of usable solid waste is sent to a sanitary landfill, it is also sought from the different analyzes to be carried out to verify the viability of the project and how it can influence the municipality.
