dc.description	En el siguiente informe presentan los aspectos realizados durante el desarrollo de la pasantía en la empresa HEVEA SAS , partiendo de diagnostico realizado hasta llegar a la propuesta de plan de balanceo de línea S.A.S aquí aplicando diferentes estrategias , métodos y conocimientos adquiridos en la academia en el área de medición y muestreo y gestión de la producción del trabajo buscando proponer una optimización y mejoramiento de los procesos del producto líder en la organización.	spa
