Abstract

The progress of Bogotá is given by infrastructure works in different areas of the city that improve the quality of life of its inhabitants, works that are in charge of the Urban Development Institute – IDU. These works are awarded to companies or consortiums that are in the economic, administrative and operational capacity to carry out their execution. Every civil infrastructure project is composed of a series of stages that contemplate the formulation; Design; Execution and monitoring of work activities, until the delivery of the project to be put into operation, the third stage being the most complex to present particular situations that stop the construction of the project, where some of these are Planned and many others not according to the nature of the project. In the same way, every constructive project must have technical personnel on site, such as topographical engineers and auxiliary personnel in order to support the coordination and correct execution of the work, guaranteeing the achievement of the goals proposed by the project and the Progress of the same, while propose solutions to the contingencies that may arise during the constructive stage. The internship aims to develop a process of execution, evaluation and coordination of work activities related to topographical engineering that allow to carry out their analysis, applying the knowledge acquired in the different subjects of the Undergraduate, proposing solutions to fortuitous situations of the first constructive stage of the project of infrastructure corresponding to the Contrato IDU 1838 de 2015.
