dc.description	El presente plan de negocios fija su interés en fortalecer las competencia de innovación y desarrollo empresarial, orientada al desarrollo y promoción de la tecnología solar fotovoltaica, por consiguiente se realizan los estudio de factibilidad, económica, técnica y financiera para la creación de la empresa soluciones eléctricas sostenibles (S.E.S), dedicada al diseño, la implementación y la legalización de sistemas fotovoltaicos, la reestructuración de instalaciones eléctricas de baja eficiencia energética (iluminación, sistemas de aires acondicionados, motores, sistemas de refrigeración, etc.) y otros servicios complementarios, en respuesta a la necesidad actual del sector eléctrico nacional de mejorar sus condiciones de operación y garantizar la seguridad, confiabilidad y calidad de suministro eléctrico	spa
