This external internship report compiles an experience as a teacher during the development of the Tutoring for Learning and Integral Training Program 3.0. The proposal for the "CAMIARTE" center of interest at the Camilo Torres Restrepo School in Barrancabermeja seeks to implement a dance center to strengthen the cultural identity of the Magdalena Medio region. Through dance and music, the aim is to rescue the multiculturalism of the district and foster a sense of belonging among the students. The initiative has generated great interest among the students, who actively participate in various artistic activities. The collaboration of teachers and academic directors, such as coordinators and the rector, has been fundamental for the project's approval, allowing for a motivating and enriching environment. This experience has also enabled students to develop important skills, such as discipline and teamwork, thus contributing to their integral training.
