Caracterización Funcional de la Cuenca y Análisis de Tenencia de la Tierra en el Marco de la Formulación del POMCA del Caño Caranal

Abstract

The results of the internship are intended to be an integral part of the socio-economic component in the diagnostic phase of the Caño Caranal POMCA, as an input for a full knowledge of the conditions in which the basin's territory is located. This will help in the later moment of the POMCA where all the information obtained in the diagnostic phase will be collected and with the help of the key actors of the basin the construction of tendential scenarios and scenarios desired for the territory will be carried out. With this, we sought full knowledge of the current conditions of the population that inhabits the surface of the basin, in addition to the land distribution. Consequently, 5 final products were presented:

Land tenure document. Map of land tenure. Methodology for the calculation of the population living in the interior of the Caño Caranal basin. Functional analysis of the basin. Nesting hierarchy map.

In which the knowledge about territorial organization and GIS was applied, based on the formulation obtained during the course of Cadastral Engineering and Geodesy.
