Resumen
The micromodeling of materials is a tool widely used in the engineering industry and is one of the essential knowledge in mechanical engineering and the area of material design, since it allows knowing, simulating and determining the behavior of a material in detail under different conditions. physics of stress, temperature and pressure. The micromodeling is developed with all the mathematical and physical mechanical analysis carried out by different software, in this case Ansys Mechanical APDL is implemented. This software allows micromodeling to be carried out with the necessary conditions for what is sought to be shown in this work, all in order to define whether the material in the development stage is suitable or not for a certain application, which, in practice, avoids damage. or waste of material in destructive tests of tension, traction, etc. However, the software, in addition to being used as support in the results of destructive tests, thanks to its interface, many variations can be made in the tests and extract analysis from each one, and thus carry out a more in-depth study of the material. understanding this context, the present work raises the need to build a micromodel by Voronoi tessellations to know the behavior and percentages of the phases of a 1045 steel tempered from intercritical temperatures. As well as calculating the elastic and plastic deformations of the material, in addition to showing the efforts of the material and comparing them with the results of previous studies.
