Resumen
For a voltage regulation on resistive loads applied to thermal processing technique Phase CF Court [1] is implemented, this technique is commonly used in industry temperature control in all types of commercial equipment regulation of this variable, however there are more techniques, among which is PWM LF (Low Frequency Pulse Width Modulation) [2]. Therefore various measures performance parameters were performed to compare the two techniques. And so it was determined that the technique assessed LF PWM is very similar to the technique of phase cut, as the technique LF-PWM has a similar CF performance, thus leaving free will using this technique for a regulation voltage on resistive loads applied to thermal processes. To make a comparative study was necessary to develop the two power circuits and test them with a resistive load in a thermal process, making several tests with different pulse widths using the technique in order to verify its benefits. The project was developed for the research group integrated into the University Francisco José de Caldas, as a contribution to the research trajectory of the same on similar issues.
