Resumen
This document details my internship experience at the San Mateo Educational Institution, Santa Rita Campus, located in Magangué, Bolívar Department, Colombia. Over the course of three months, I encountered various challenges related to the social and academic environment, which enriched my teaching experience and strengthened several of my pedagogical skills. My artistic-pedagogical proposal focused on the creation of school murals with multiple objectives, including enhancing the appropriation of the educational space, and addressing topics such as environmental conservation, the prevention of sexual violence, and core values. These activities were implemented through a procedural approach that included drawing and color theory classes, as well as collaborative painting sessions. A significant aspect was the collaboration with the educational community, especially with the teachers, who demonstrated a strong commitment and willingness to support the implementation of artistic activities. Despite time and space limitations, we successfully created a collaborative and respectful learning environment where students could explore their creativity and develop socio-emotional skills.
