Resumen
Within the classroom, the teacher in the interlocution can evidences the ideas that the students possess about the reality that surrounds them; therefore, through dialogue, students can make known their personal constructions in the public space, which demands respect for plurality and minimum established from the dialogical ethics, space to recognize the people diversity. In the eighth grade ethics classes at the Cardenal Luque school as a space for inquiry, I supporting the work in the methodological framework of educational action research (IAE); moral dilemmas are used in order to problematize the student’s environment, thus can analyze the citizen’s construction; therefore the problem of the students is visualized in the lack of respect within the communication channels of which they make use, which affects the acquisition of knowledge and therefore the understanding of other realities. So, students are sought to transform attitudes that violate respect within the dialogue, making use of their freedom to self-legislate, thus the students can understand the empathy and the need of minimums for knowledge building, which contributes to create cognitive tools that allows them to read their surroundings and thus contribute with the civic responsibility of the community in which they inhabit
