Resumen
This degree project analyzes and evaluates the viability of a start-up business (SME). It focuses on learning and reinforcing a second language. The entire program was developed by implementing different technological tools. This project also includes the necessary constitution from scratch to establish a company in Colombia. This project is divided into several sections. The first focuses primarily on identifying the problem to be addressed, setting objectives, and structuring the theoretical framework, taking into account competitors and future clients. The second part primarily evaluates the business model, the company's main constitution, and the methodology it will use for its entire operation. The third section presents the minimum viable product, explaining all the technological tools implemented and the reasons for each. Section four explains the business plan itself and delves into the company's documents, such as the mission, vision, type of company, financial obligations, and more. Finally, a complete financial analysis is performed, evaluating cash flows and sales, and determining the break-even point to demonstrate the company's viability. In each of the aforementioned analyses, different tables and supporting matrices were used. To graphically understand the company's behavior and to explain it more clearly, these include the SWOT matrix, the PEYEA matrix, in addition to all the program's functional requirements and flowcharts. On the financial side, all the tables in each section are explained, with the corresponding values for a five-year projection.
