Resumen
Corporate Social Responsibility - CSR, is an organizational management model which is constituted by a series of ethical principles, which, at present, allows contributing to the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs, which were stipulated and approved by the United Nations General Assembly in Resolution 70/1, as an action plan to address the well-being of people and the planet. For that reason, the research study carried out in this document, developed a mixed research model to determine the interaction between workers and the operation of the Organization Maderisa S.A.S. with Corporate Social Responsibility, through some methodologies and tools for their respective analysis. This allowed us to analyze the socially responsible model implemented by the Organization Maderisa S.A.S., to determine aspects for and against. To achieve the main objective of the research work, Corporate Social Responsibility and its importance, the role of interest groups, benefits, voluntary standards and certifications for its proper implementation were conceptualized. Similarly, a contextualization of the current situation of the Organization Maderisa S.A.S. to know its structure and its programs that are indirectly or directly related to CSR. To analyze the management of CSR in the Organization, it was essential to evaluate the perception of workers, for which reason, an CSR survey was designed with which data collection was achieved, which were subsequently digitized, tabulated and analyzed. These data were used to formulate and suggest to the Organization Maderisa S.A.S. a plan for continuous improvement through a guide for the implementation of CSR, along with some recommendations to make the Organization socially, economically and environmentally more responsible.
