Acompañamiento a la gestión del área HSEQ en la Empresa BSI Colombia - 2025

Abstract

This documents the development of an academic internship carried out at BSI Colombia S.A. during 2025, aimed at supporting the management of the HSEQ area (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality). The activities focused on strengthening the Integrated Management System through regulatory compliance verification, implementation of the Strategic Road Safety Plan, adjustment of technical documentation, and development of training and awareness strategies for employees. These efforts led to significant progress in information systematization, improved document management, and the strengthening of the company's commitment to occupational and environmental well-being. This work represents a valuable technical and educational contribution for audits, continuous improvement plans, and the maintenance of integrated management systems in service sector organizations.
